24x18 space(432sf) with an amazing 7'4" Petrof Concert Grand Piano. This beautiful instrument is ideal for audio and video recordings and audition tapes. Masterclasses and studio recitals and classes are perfect in this space. No more than 28 persons allowed.
This versatile space with its wall mirrors is great for small dance classes, Tai Chi, and choreographers work.

Mirrors can be covered with black panels to convert into a small theater. Black Upright piano is available to roll into space for musical rehearsals and presentations. Great Space for community group meetings, with access to projector and projection screen.

This room has the most dampened acoustical profile. Sofa seating, chairs, music stands, floor mirror.
