13 x 25 (325sf) space with two 5'3" baby grand pianos. One Yamaha and one Kimball. Ideal for piano four-hand rehearsals, piano instruction, ensemble rehearsals and coaching sessions. Also great room for music classes.

24x18 space(432sf) with an amazing 7'4" Petrof Concert Grand Piano. This beautiful instrument is ideal for audio and video recordings and audition tapes. Masterclasses and studio recitals and classes are perfect in this space. No more than 28 persons allowed.
This versatile space with its wall mirrors is great for small dance classes, Tai Chi, and choreographers work.

16x18 (288sf) studio space features a Young Chang 6'5" Concert Grand Piano best suited for audition tapes, recordings, lessons and coaching sessions for opera singers, solo instrumentalists, and chamber music ensembles. This room has the most dampened acoustical profile. Sofa seating, chairs, music stands, floor mirror.
